Course Aims

Coaching is defined as 1-on-1 sessions where the coach helps the delegate to come up with solutions and development ideas and make action plans.  It is highly beneficial and can be life changing for the delegates and can generate major transformations if done right.  Coaching can involve a high level of Emotional Intelligence.   EI is defined as the ability to recognize, identify and control your emotions.  Long gone the old days where it is considered best practice to focus on the logical process of the employees only, this is the age where successful people consider improving their level of emotional intelligence as part of the core performance improvement.  While the level of education, training and experience are important disciplines for any employee, it is proven that recognizing emotions and steering them in the right direction is another important discipline at the workplace.  This course enables the delegates to fully comprehend the concept of EI and coaching and know how to use it well.
