Course Aims
Work requires certain seniors to go beyond their job and facilitate events such as conferences, meetings, training courses, presentations and sometimes shows. A successful and enthusiastic senior employee may not have to do a training on presentation skills or train the trainer because he/she does not have to deliver. Nor they have to do event management course. The way to be successful in such situation is to be a facilitator, knowing how to run events and facilitate with minimal presentation skills but with confidence. This course enables enthusiastic employees to facilitate an event well and ensure its success while maintaining a confident state throughout.
